Charlotte Rademaekers:
Co-Founder and CEO
Charlotte has worked in TV and documentary for 7 years with shows on TLC, National Geographic and A&E.
In that time, she wrote, directed and edited several award-winning shorts. Previously, Charlotte worked
in New Media building innovative, educational, video-based websites for Columbia University, her alma
mater, where she graduated magna cum laude. Throughout her life, she has traveled extensively and volunteered
frequently.

Daniel Binns:
Co-Founder and Chairman
Daniel was formerly an EVP of McCann Erickson, running their global Unilever and Coca-Cola accounts.
He worked in advertising for 19 years, holding a variety of management rolls, including Africa Regional Director
and agency Managing Director in both Indonesia and Malaysia. He is a marketing consultant and is currently building the
Corporate Social Responsibility department at Interbrand, a division of Omnicom.

Maha Chehlaoui:
Outreach Director
Maha has worked as a web-marketing consultant to artists and small businesses. Through her experience as a professional
actor, director and producer of political theater, she learned how to inspire and motivate an audience. She has extensive experience in the arts
access and nonprofit arts arenas as founder of Nibras and through her work with the NYAACF. Maha holds a
degree in International Relations from Tufts University, and an MFA from Columbia University.

Tristan Amzallag:
Chief Technology Officer
Tristan co-founded Klipmart Corp. in 1999, where he held the position of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Innovation Officer.
While there, he successfully filed two patents relating to online video. Klipmart was able to weather the 2000 dotcom crash and
emerge as a strong rich media company. In 2006 the company was purchased by Doubleclick Inc.,
where Tristan held the position of VP of Innovation.

Zachary Dominitz:
Business Development Director
Zachary served most recently as Head of Corporate Affairs for Cafédirect, the largest Fairtrade company in the UK.
He’s consulted for organizations such as UnLtd, Sony, Nokia, and British Telecom.
He is a strategy and communications specialist with a particular interest in social enterprise and the environment.
He worked in the Media Affairs team at the White House during President Clinton’s first term, and has an MBA from London Business School.
